Who we are
We are not a company or a big studio — just two people who make small, calm puzzle games and sites together, and go-xo.com is one of them. We build the sort of games we would want to play ourselves: quick to open, uncluttered, and happy to fill a five-minute break on a phone. No coins to buy, no endless pop-ups — just the board, the marks, and a fair opponent.
The two of us are Nadya Yashchuk and Ivan Lukichev, and we handle everything ourselves — design, development, the computer opponent and support. We work remotely, answer our own email, and shape each update around what players actually ask for.
go-xo.com launched in 2026 as the international version of our Russian tic tac toe site, and it keeps growing: new board sizes, new guides and small quality-of-life improvements land regularly.
What go-xo.com does
Everything runs in the browser and works on a phone as well as on a desktop. Your settings — board size, difficulty, who moves first — stay on your device.
- Boards from 3×3 to 7×7: the classic three-in-a-row, plus larger boards where four in a row wins and tactics actually matter.
- Three computer levels: play the computer from an easy warm-up to a hard opponent that rarely slips.
- Two players on one device: pass the phone and play a quick match with whoever is next to you.
- Online with a friend: create a room, send a link or show a QR code, and play in real time on two devices.
- Short guides: the rules, how to win, the best first move and more in the guides.
The site is available in English, Polish and Czech, and the Russian original lives at крестики-нолики.рф. Each version is adapted by hand rather than machine-translated.
